Establishing a Standard Vocabulary for Career Exploration

A 2018 Strada-Gallup survey found that a meager one-third of college students feel prepared for the job market and workplace.

How is that possible when so much emphasis is put on getting students to college and on to graduation to start a career? There are many factors to consider but this unpreparedness stems from students not knowing how to navigate career services to begin with.
